Bus rental in Ulm

Renting a bus to Ulm is ideal for groups who like to aim high. At just over 161 metres, Ulm Minster has the tallest church tower in the world, and anyone who manages the 768 steps can see the Alps on a clear day. BELAHMER REISEN works as a bus company for trips to Ulm: city breaks, school trips, club outings and Legoland visits. From Katzweiler near Kaiserslautern it is about 280 kilometres, roughly three hours via the A6 and A8. Ulm lies on the Danube, right on the border with Bavaria. Across the river is Neu-Ulm; together the twin cities have almost 190,000 residents, around 128,000 of them in Ulm itself. The centre is compact: the Minster, the town hall with its astronomical clock and the Fishermen's Quarter are only a few minutes' walk apart. The Fishermen's Quarter is the city's postcard view. Timber-framed houses line small channels of the Blau river, which joins the Danube here. The Crooked House, a leaning timber building over the water, is said to be one of the most crooked hotels in the world. A pleasant path runs along the old city wall by the Danube. Albert Einstein was born in Ulm in 1879. A memorial and the Einstein Fountain recall him. For school classes, the Museum of Bread and Art and the Oberer Kuhberg documentation centre are also worthwhile. Every July Ulm celebrates Schwörmontag with the Nabada, a parade on the Danube where thousands drift downstream in boats, dinghies and home-made rafts. During Advent, Minster Square hosts one of the loveliest Christmas markets in southern Germany. Legoland Deutschland in Günzburg is only about 35 kilometres away. Many groups combine Ulm and Legoland on a two-day trip. Blaubeuren with its deep blue Blautopf spring is close by too. Given the distance, we recommend an early start or an overnight stay for Ulm. The driver's driving and rest times are firmly built in. A two-day programme: on day one the Minster with a tower climb, the Fishermen's Quarter and the city wall, with dinner by the Danube. On day two Legoland in Günzburg or a trip to the Blautopf in Blaubeuren, then the drive home. For school classes and families this combination is ideal. Ulm also works as a stopover on the way to Lake Constance or Munich. If you are planning a longer tour, stay a night here and continue the next morning well rested. For a quote, the date, programme and number of passengers are enough. The fixed price includes tolls, fuel and the driver.

Yes. Legoland in Günzburg is about half an hour from Ulm. The coach parks right by the park, and with an overnight stay the visit combines well with Ulm.
