It depends on the route, the duration and the group size. An evening concert transfer costs less than a full-day trade fair shuttle with several runs. You receive a fixed price from us that includes tolls, fuel and the driver. Send the inquiry, get a concrete price, then decide.
During the Book Fair, Ambiente and other major fairs, coaches in the Rhine-Main region are taken weeks in advance. Allow four to six weeks of lead time for fair dates. Outside fair season, two weeks is usually enough. For short-notice needs, send the inquiry anyway; we check every request.
Yes. Messe Frankfurt has designated coach drop-off points and coach parking, and so does the Deutsche Bank Park. The driver drops your group at the agreed point and waits at the coach parking area. We fix the meeting point for the return leg together before the trip.
Yes. Concerts at the Deutsche Bank Park or the Festhalle often end after midnight. We plan the return leg as part of the booking and the driver waits at the agreed meeting point. Just make sure the late return is mentioned in the inquiry so we calculate the driving times correctly.
There are designated coach stops for boarding and alighting, for example at the Mainkai near the Roemer and along the Museumsufer. Long-term parking is not possible in the centre; coach parks are located outside. Our driver knows the rules and plans drop-off, parking and pickup so your group walks as little as possible.
