The price depends on the pickup address, the number of passengers and the time of the trip. A transfer from the Rhine-Main area costs less than a pickup from the Palatinate or North Hessen. You receive a fixed price including tolls, fuel and driver, with no surcharge for early departures. The inquiry is free.
We track your flight's arrival time and adjust the pickup. The driver only sets off once it is clear when the plane will actually land. Just give us the flight number when booking. Waiting time caused by a flight delay does not automatically mean extra costs; we handle that fairly in the quote.
Both terminals have coach forecourts and designated bus stops. We agree on a fixed meeting point before the trip, usually at the arrivals level of your terminal. The driver can be reached by phone in case your group gets lost inside the terminal.
